ARTY Award winners!
Benicia Old Town Theatre Group members were so proud this year to be nominated for honors in the Fall 2016 production of “The Game’s Afoot” and the Spring 2017 of “Intimate Apparel”. Kudos to the hard working cast and crew of these brilliant shows. At the annual Arty awards held Sept 17, the group took home 5 top trophies.
Paul Hughes took honors with Best Actor for “Game’s” as well as Natasha Harris for Supporting Actress. The Production won Outstanding Adult Comedy for the year!
Secondly, The “Intimate Apparel” show took home honors in the Best Actress category with Chelsea Bearce, playing the memorable character Esther, as well as Dan Clark receiving Best Director for the popular production. Are we proud? yes!
